The Senior Finance Operations professional will oversee collections, compliance, and MIS functions while coordinating closely with dealers and field teams to ensure smooth pre- and post-disbursement operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, process ownership, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities1. Collections Oversight (Pre & Post Disbursement)
Monitor
pre-disbursement and post-disbursement collections
to ensure portfolio quality and timely recoveries.
Track
EMI realization, overdue accounts, bounce cases, and delinquency trends
across branches and dealers.
Review
bucket-wise ageing and roll-forward movement
, and initiate corrective actions.
Escalate critical collection risks and deviations to management with data-backed insights.
timely submission of documents and compliance requirements
prior to disbursement.
Verify adherence to
credit policy, KYC norms, and internal approval processes
.
Act as the key point of contact to resolve
dealer-related operational and compliance issues
.
Ensure zero disbursement delays due to documentation or process lapses.
3. Field Staff Oversight & Analysis (Pre & Post Disbursement)
Oversee and review
field staff performance
related to sourcing, verification, and collections.
Analyze
pre-disbursement checks, post-disbursement follow-ups, and collection effectiveness
of field teams.
Identify gaps in execution, training needs, and process improvements.
Provide regular feedback and operational guidance to improve field-level efficiency.
4. MIS Creation, Review & Reporting
Design, prepare, and oversee
daily, weekly, and monthly MIS
covering collections, disbursements, compliance status, and portfolio health.
Ensure
data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
across all reports.
Analyze trends in
NPAs, overdues, dealer performance, and field productivity
.
Present actionable MIS insights to senior management for decision-making.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in
NBFC / lending operations / finance operations
.
In-depth understanding of
loan lifecycle, dealer-led sourcing, compliance checks, and collections
.
Advanced
Excel and MIS reporting skills
; exposure to LOS/LMS systems preferred.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (dealers, field teams, internal departments).
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree
3+ years
of relevant experience in NBFC or financial services (flexible based on profile).
