Key Responsibilities
Process online orders end-to-end (order receipt, processing, dispatch readiness)
Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups and deliveries
Handle reconciliation of orders, deliveries, COD and courier settlements
Close commercials by matching delivered orders with payments
Maintain daily operational data and reports using Excel
Manage high order volumes and resolve delivery-related issues
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations (brand-side or logistics-side)
Strong hands-on experience with order processing and dispatch
Good working knowledge of Excel (daily tracking, reconciliation)
Experience coordinating with logistics partners
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based role in Gurugram
