Position Summary
The
Senior Operations Executive
is responsible for overseeing all aspects of
inventory control, warehouse operations, stockroom management, and quality checks
at Nolabels. This role ensures
accurate stock levels
, efficient storage, timely replenishment, and smooth coordination between
production, procurement, sales, logistics, and QC teams
. The Stock Manager will lead the
warehouse and QC team
, drive operational efficiency, and implement robust systems to optimize stock flow and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1 Inventory Management
Plan, organize, and manage inventory operations to maintain
optimal stock levels
across warehouse, stores, and online channels.
Monitor
stock accuracy
through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
Implement and maintain
inventory control systems
to track stock movement in real time.
Generate and analyze stock reports for
forecasting demand, reducing dead stock, and improving turnover
.
Ensure all stock data is updated and reconciled in
POS and Shopify
systems.
Enforce compliance with
company policies, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements
.
2. Warehouse Operations
Supervise
receiving, quality-checking, storing, issuing, and dispatching
of goods
Verify and approve
incoming shipments
against production lists, purchase orders, and invoices.
Manage
stock discrepancies, damaged pieces, and product returns
.
Ensure
efficient storage systems
, labeling, and proper segregation by category and season.
Maintain a
clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
with defined zones for QC, ready stock, and pending stock.
3. Stock Audits & Quality Control
Conduct
weekly store-level stock audits
and
monthly warehouse audits
to ensure 100% accuracy.
Lead and oversee the
QC team
for checking stitching, finishing, labeling, and packaging quality before dispatch.
Maintain QC checklists and ensure
non-compliant or defective pieces
are recorded and handled appropriately.
Collaborate with the
Production & Design teams
to share feedback on recurring quality issues.
Ensure
stock approved by QC
is tagged, steamed, and ready for dispatch to stores or website.
4. Billing & Documentation
Oversee the preparation and processing of
billing documents
related to stock transfers and movements.
Ensure accurate
invoicing and timely submissions
to the Finance/Accounts department.
Maintain a comprehensive record of all stock-related
financial transactions
for audit and compliance purposes.
Support the Accounts team in
vendor reconciliation, inter-store billing, and monthly valuation reports.
5. Coordination with Logistics & Teams
Coordinate with
suppliers, logistics partners, and vendors
for timely deliveries and replenishments.
Collaborate with the
logistics team
to plan and execute efficient stock transfers between warehouse, stores, and third-party retail partners.
Monitor
dispatch schedules
and proactively resolve any delivery-related issues.
Work closely with:
Store Managers
- for restocks and size feedback.
Operations & E-commerce teams
- for online stock readiness.
VM & Sales teams
- for product display and stock rotation.
6. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, train, and evaluate
warehouse and QC staff
to ensure operational excellence.
Build a culture of
accountability, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving
.
Conduct periodic reviews and training on
inventory systems, QC standards, and audit compliance
.
Implement
continuous improvement initiatives
to enhance stock efficiency and reduce wastage.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Operations Executive or in a
retail/fashion inventory control role
(3-5 years preferred).
Strong organizational and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in
POS systems, Shopify, Excel
, and inventory management software.
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
