Job Description
- Increasing quality of customer service
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate & cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Perform quality controls and monitor the operational metrics of the branches
- Ready to move in the region to support the branches in day to day branch operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Graduation is mandatory
- Experience- minimum 1year.
