We are looking for a proactive

Senior Operations Executive

to oversee and optimize day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, streamline processes, and ensure timely execution of business operations to support growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments. Coordinate between sales, customer service, logistics, and inventory teams. Monitor and track orders, shipments, and delivery schedules. Manage vendor relationships and resolve operational issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of orders, stock, and operational metrics. Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Generate operational reports for management review and strategy planning. Mentor and support junior operations staff.

Required Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP tools. Leadership and team coordination skills.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline. 2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in e-commerce.
