The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting foundation (Inter CA / CFA preferred) with a keen interest in operations, controls, and process improvement. --- Key Responsibilities Conduct operational audits, controls testing, and due diligence reviews. Analyse financial and operational data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risk areas. Assist in developing and implementing SOPs, internal controls, and compliance frameworks. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure process adherence and timely reporting. Track key operational KPIs and prepare monthly dashboards for management. Support leadership in special projects related to operations improvement and compliance. Maintain accurate documentation and prepare clear, professional reports. --- Requirements Education: Inter CA / CFA, or strong accounting and finance background. Experience: 0-3 years preferred (freshers with the right skills may apply). Strong understanding of accounting concepts, internal controls, and basic compliance. Excellent command over English (spoken and written). Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic analytical tools. Smart, proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualities Interest in operational due diligence, process design, and risk management.
