Job Description
CSP CoE lead 1 Responsible for Managing the Microsoft Partner Portal Commerce workspace on demand leads management company profile management and any other Microsoft portal related activities 2 Responsible for Azure and AWS consumption tracking and update to leadership 3 Responsible for handling the CSP support operational activity 4 Responsible for project code P L 5 Responsible for client query regarding consumption dispute Azure resource costing any other CSP support issue 6 Coordinate and collaborate with various Onshore and offshore team 7 Status reporting presentation on CSP CoE support services and facilitation 8 Should have an experience in managing team 9 Continuously track Changes in Microsoft CSP programs maintain up to take pricelist from partners 10 Process Customer and subscription onboarding in the partner portal and ensure purchase license Reservation other Microsoft product 11 Should have a clear understanding DAP CPOR and DPOR in relation to Microsoft program 12 Manage Azure consumption billing and payment processing with the internal finance and Account payable team 13 Work with BD and the Sales team for presentation and incorporation of support services which we provide to project customer alliance team 14 Work with finance team for CSP CoE support invoicing 15 Should have a knowledge of i sow portal to initiate i sow with projects who agreed for CSP CoE support 16 Track Microsoft Membership badging scoring maintain and engage with respective alliance team or Microsoft team to improve and acquire the required score improvement to keep the membership and partner badging active 17 Complete portal management of Microsoft CSP partner portals across all countries 18 Track rebates margins and notification from CSP portal and Microsoft 19 Need to track the customer onboard and support CSP CoE support agreement EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory skills Thorough Knowledge of the Microsoft programs and aware about competitor on cloud platform Discount delegation partner portals working knowledge Microsoft Partner portal working knowledge All sections Interpersonal skills Soft skills Communications Email presentation word excel PowerPoint
