Responsibilities

Plan all activities of the day and execute it - Ensure vehicles attendance as per the Roster set by the customer.
Ensure grooming standards and other mandatory requirements like vehicle documents, uniforms, shoes, etc. for all driver partners.
Ensure the highest standard of record management of all vehicles/drivers, trip sheet certifications, MIS approvals, submission of invoices, etc.
Build a good supply base to cater to Contingencies and Spot requirements.
Opportunity to divulge with various customers with distinct ways of working.
Ensure proactive communication to customers.
Learn and Train team to achieve required goals.
Shadow Ops Manager to lead team during critical situations.

What you need to have :

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required.
Bring efficiency and optimization in operations through effective use of technology like station or driver app.
Polite and tactful and able to maintain composure under pressure.
Proactive and solution-orientated, able to work independently.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Utilize flexible work timings to enhance productivity.
Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial.
