About the Role

As a Senior Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while leading and mentoring a team of 4-5 associates. This role requires strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to drive continuous process improvements in a dynamic, high-growth setup.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Operations Associates, ensuring smooth execution of daily operational activities Own and oversee complex operational processes; identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency-driven solutions Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Product, and Tech to ensure seamless service delivery Develop, document, and maintain SOPs while ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations Track key operational metrics and present insights and performance reports to leadership Coach, mentor, and provide continuous feedback to team members to build accountability and high performance Contribute to strategic initiatives, process automation, and technology adoption projects

Requirements

2-4 years of experience

in operations, preferably in fast-paced or complex environments

Mandatory prior experience in team management or supervision

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (written and verbal) Demonstrated ability to handle complex workflows with high attention to detail Startup or high-growth company experience is a strong plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and project management tools

Educational background from IITs / IIMs preferred

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
