About The Job:

  • We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join our team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for approving contract change required for complex contracts and ensuring they are clear, consistent, and aligned with business goals.
  • You will use your strong analytical skills and business acumen to interpret contract terms, assess risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of contracts.
  • The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, an ability to communicate effectively, and a strong understanding of business objectives.
  • This role is critical to ensuring that all contracts meet client expectations, are within budget, and mitigate any potential risks.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Review & Evaluate SOWs: Conduct thorough reviews of Statements of Work to identify inconsistencies, missing information, or ambiguous language that could impact contract execution or business objectives.
  • Interpret and Analyze: Analyze deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines outlined in SOWs to determine how they align with project goals and business outcomes.
  • Ensure Business Alignment: Assess how SOWs align with overall business strategies, client needs, and budgetary requirements.
  • Effective Communication: Present findings clearly and effectively, raising questions where clarification is needed, and communicating potential risks or concerns to relevant stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Create detailed reports or summaries that outline key findings and recommendations after reviewing SOWs, ensuring accurate documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Support: Partner with procurement, legal, and vendor management teams to ensure that the terms and conditions within the SOW are fair, clear, and beneficial for all parties.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
  • At least 8 years of experience in Contractual Operations, SOX & compliance, procurement, vendor management
Process Skills:
  • Solid business acumen,
  • Understanding how SOWs align with business goals, client needs, and budgets.
  • Clear communication skills are essential for conveying findings to stakeholders effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • The candidate must be experienced in creating organized reports based on contract analysis.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, and Word is required for document management and reporting.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies or risks in contractual terms is essential.

Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
