About you: The main duties of the Senior Operations Analyst will include collecting and organising data, building reports and assisting internal stakeholders with analysis. You will be responsible for the execution of periodical reports for external stakeholders, like banks and other related organisations. As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will monitor inbound work volumes, analyse abnormalities and identify potential concerns. Your data will be presented in a presentable format to major stakeholders. You\'ll work closely with Operations Managers to enhance team efficiencies and collaborate with other analysts and Operations Managers across the business to improve effectiveness across all business units. You will be collaborating with teams like Financial Crime, On-going Monitoring, KYC, Compliance, and many other product verticals. This position reports directly to the Member Support Operations Manager. Some of the things you\'ll be doing: Collecting and organizing information for day to day reporting. Preparing regular or ad-hoc analysis of different data sets. Using graphs and other methods to visualize data to stakeholders. Investigating any abnormalities in the inbound work volumes. Monitoring KPIs performance metrics. Preparing periodical and ad-hoc reports for internal or external stakeholders. Providing recommendations for improvements and assisting with process creation. Monitoring and reviewing for discrepancies, incidents, supporting with various escalations. What makes you a great fi t: Excellent spoken and written English skills Ability to use industry tools like Kustomer, GSuite, Excel, and Jira Can perform quantitative analysis Passion for problem-solving and finding solutions to difficult situations, experience with managing stakeholders You are always on the lookout for recurring issues and help create new workflows to solve them Strong organisational skills, some knowledge of Lean Sigma, Agile, PRINCE2 Experience working in customer service for the Finance industry Some experience working in startups What you\'ll get in return: Make work, work for you!
