Act as the primary operational point of contact for the Director
Translate the Director's priorities into actionable plans and follow through on execution
Support strategic initiatives, special projects, and problem-solving on an as-needed basis
Prepare reports, analyses, and updates to support decision-making. All the reports to be shared on time and with utmost accuracy.
Take ownership of undefined or evolving responsibilities as required by the business
Take huddles and train the plant employees on various aspects as identified on time to time basis or as instructed by the management.
Operations & Production
Identify production and packaging or any other system bottlenecks and implement corrective solutions.
Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
Implement 5s in the factory. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and six sigma.
Inventory Consumption & Control
Monitor stock levels of raw material (Production/packaging/Mechanical), Finished Goods.
Strictly Monitor that SOPs for dispatch are being adhered strictly and without any deviation.
Keep an eye and monitor the FG stock properly. Execute the monthly FG Stock audit properly.
Set SOPs for material issuance (RM/Packaging/Mechanical) and adherence of the same.
Identify areas where goods are stuck & find solutions
Fix areas of pending stock
calculate consumption for all items of factory & identify wastage including items like packaging, thread and other daily items
Productivity & People Management
Support resolution of people-related issues in factory and office
Calculate production output per employee and per team; recommend and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with all departments (production, supply chain, sales, finance, HR, etc.)
Act as a bridge between teams to ensure smooth communication and execution
Drive accountability and follow-ups on cross-departmental tasks
Ensure smooth functioning of the company
Process Improvement, Reporting & Compliance
Support automation, documentation, and standardization of processes
Support implementation of company-wide processes, systems, and policies
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Ensure compliance with safety norms, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Develop KPIs for plant staff , and operational reports. Present data-driven insights to management for decision-making.
Ensure smooth functioning of the company
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum graduate degree (Engineering or non engineering background)
Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.
Knowledge of 5s; Lean Manufacturing and six sigma is must
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of adaptability, reliability, and problem-solving attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Minimum experience required: 5-7 years in the same role
