Professional Services Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

Be responsible for supporting management of projects in the PSA system (Kantata) throughout the entire project lifecycle, from project setup, ongoing maintenance, and project close out. Ensure accuracy of various project related data elements, including those that affect revenue recognition and invoicing. Oversee time & expense entry and approval process to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Highlight anomalies and coordinate adjustments as necessary. Own month-end close process (in Kantata) & compliance by all groups. Work closely with the Finance team to support billing and revenue recognition, including providing support reports. Act as a liaison between Vertical PS Ops and system support teams on enhancements and fixes for PSA. Set up and train the new users. Manage system privileges as per guidelines set for the role. For all the processes above, continuously identify and recommend areas for improvement. Assist with planning and implementation of process and system improvements.
Requirements:

3+ years of professional services operations, ideally in an enterprise software company 5+ years of industry experience in an operations support role Bachelor's degree required Experience working with a PSA system is a must (Kantata, Financial Force, Open Air or equivalent) Skilled in building PS reports and performing data analysis Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form Ability to be diplomatic or firm, when necessary, to drive business forward and obtain results Highly detail oriented and able to work autonomously

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
