About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Operation & Maintenance Mechanical Engineer

to lead mechanical operations in an industrial plant setup. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise from sectors such as rotary kiln systems, cement plants, thermal power plants, sugar mills, or fertilizer plants.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise mechanical operation and maintenance activities Oversee rotary kiln or other rotary equipment operations Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical systems including gearboxes, bearings, and structural components Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance Ensure safety compliance and maintenance records Guide and mentor junior technicians and operators

Required Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Minimum

10+ years of experience

in heavy industrial operations, especially: Rotary Kilns Cement Plants Thermal Power Plants Sugar Mills Fertilizer Plants

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range:

?35,000 - ?50,000/month (based on experience)*
