Completion of training of New Joinees and individual training requirements as per timeline.

Coordination for training related activities as DTC of QA.

SOP preparation, review distribution and implementation.
4
Global Document (GQS/GSOP/GPOL) implementation at site.
5
Implementation of SOPs/GSOPs/CAPAs through training.
6
Ensure effective implementation of SOPs/GSOPs as per training within required timelines.
7
Ensure compliance of the functional area with company Health and Safety Policies.
8
Handling of troubleshooting related to EDMS/LMS system.
9
Preparation & revision of Site SOP list on half yearly basis.
10
Preparation of MTNM for non LMS users/LMS users of QA department & timely completion of trainings accordingly.
11
Timely completion of Scheduled trainings of QA employees such as ITC, L1, L2 & L3 & sharing the data to LTC.
12
Preparation of Organogram.
13
Handling of QMS including change control , Deviation, CAPA.
14
Gap Assessment w.r.t Audit compliance/SOP compliance
16
Any other work assigned by the HOD.
