Supervisory/Mentoring: Guiding and mentoring junior office staff, delegating tasks and providing support. Documentation and Reporting: Preparing reports, presentations, and memos, often using advanced Excel functions. Communication: Liaising with internal departments and external organizations, managing communications, and prioritizing emails and phone calls. Office Organization: Maintaining digital and physical filing systems, ensuring efficient document retrieval. Process Improvement: Analyzing operational processes and recommending efficiency improvements. Contract Management: Evaluating and renewing office contracts and services. Confidential Information: Handling confidential materials and information with discretion. Travel Arrangements: Booking travel and accommodations for senior executives. Meeting Coordination: Arranging logistics for meetings and conferences, including reserving rooms and setting up equipment.
