Responsibilities:

• Leading and coordinating all technical activities related to thermal projects from conception to completion.
• Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project managers.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or budget overruns.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and address technical issues promptly.
• Supervising and mentoring junior engineers to foster their professional growth and project success.
• Preparing technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participating in project review meetings and providing technical insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
