Job Title: Senior Officer - Legal (IPR)

Job Overview:

We are seeking to hire two legal professionals, Assistant Manager - Legal and Officer - Legal, to join our legal team.
The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-7 years of experience in handling counterfeit, piracy and IPR violations, with good knowledge of IPR laws.
They will be responsible for advising and supporting the organization on all legal matters related to Counterfeit, Piracy and IPR violations.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice to the organization on matters related to counterfeit, piracy and IPR violations.
Conduct legal research on IPR laws and regulations to provide guidance and support to the organization.
Draft, review contracts and agreements related to IPR issues.
Manage the legal aspects of IPR enforcement actions, including liaising with external legal counsel.
Provide support to the organization in developing and implementing IPR protection strategies.
Monitor and identify potential IPR infringements and take appropriate action to protect the organization's interests.
Assist in GM-Legal of disputes and litigation related to IPR.

Requirements:

LLB from a recognized University & Approved From Bar Council of India
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in handling counterfeit, piracy and IPR violations, with good knowledge of IPR laws.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and legal research software.
