Role Purpose

The role holder is responsible for supporting the core HR operational activities, ensuring accurate data management, seamless coordination of HR processes, and timely support across the employee lifecycle. The role will also support reporting, documentation, and day-to-day transactional needs within the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Upload, manage, and track CVs in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring all profiles are processed through RCM
Maintain and update daily recruitment MIS covering candidate pipeline from inputting candidate data till on boarding.
Coordinate with recruiters, HRBPs, and candidates to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding execution in SuccessFactors.
Upload, verify, and maintain onboarding documents in SuccessFactors as per the defined checklist.
Timely BGV initiation, vendor coordination, MIS update and closure.
Indicative Experience and Exposure
--------------------------------------
Minimum graduation in any discipline (preferably with an HR specialization)
3-5 years of experience in HR operations, coordination, or HR MIS roles
* Prior experience in infrastructure or project-based industries is a plus
