Key responsibilities: * Supervision of coating activities machine wise.

• Supervision of dispensing activities.
• Distribution of work amongst the operators/helpers in coating area.
• Responsible for fulfillment of production target machine wise.
• Responsible for cGMP compliance in coating department.
• Co-ordination with QA, QC, Store (RMS), Engineering and Granulation / Compression department for smooth functioning of coating activities.
• Responsible to take over the equipments after preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance with proper documentation.
• Responsible for total documentation as per cGMP practice in Coating area.
• Responsible for on line documentation related to assigned job.
• Responsible for transfer of process container from Coating area to quarantine area and updation of their record.
• To impart various training to workers and maintain records.
• Responsible for proper man power utilization in the coating department.
