- Communicating with NTC Japan Designer, customer (NML GAS, MMC).
- Translating Technical document to English or to Japanese.
- Facilitate interpretation and coordinator support for discussion in meetings with Japanese counterpart and MOM follow-up.
- Support updating Project tracker
- Publishing external event Master tracker
- Support Project Management in coordination activity.
- Resolving queries for functional team
- To be efficient in query/Request management, by tracking queries and NICS special request.
- Coordinate between functional team of GAS2 and provide appropriate information to customer
- Acumen to understand operation and intent while customer discussion and minimized meeting time.
- Should be flexible and proactive in handling customer queries and services by consulting with internal teams.
