Develop, onboard, and manage channel partners across Navi Mumbai locations
Drive lead generation through brokers and ensure regular site visits
Conduct channel meetings, project briefings, and scheme updates
Monitor channel-wise performance and share weekly/monthly MIS
Coordinate with site sales teams for closures
Ensure compliance with RERA and company sales processes
