Business Development in ETP, STP, WTP and ZLD with minimum of 3 -5 years experience in having rich knowledge in every aspects of water and waste water treatment design, costing, proposal. He should have similar good experience in INDUSTRIAL EFFLUENT & WATER O&M proposal and Chemicals & Spares.

Key Job Responsibilities
Business Growth & Client Acquisition:
Develop and execute strategies to grow the O&M business by exploring new leads and identifying potential clients in the target industries.
Conduct site visits to understand and document client-specific requirements for water treatment solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in effluent treatment, ZLD systems, and power plant O&M services.
Sales & Tender Management:
Manage the process of obtaining
RFQ/RFI (Request for Quotation/Information)
from new clients and converting them into prospective orders.
Track upcoming tenders, lead the bid preparation, and ensure timely submission processes.
Strategy & Market Insight:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth targets and market expansion.
Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitor landscape.
Compliance & Technical Support:
Provide essential insights and support to internal teams regarding effluent treatment processes, ZLD systems, and compliance requirements.
Ensure all business development activities and proposed solutions align with industry standards and environmental regulations.
Skill/Knowledge Required
Professional Experience:
Demonstrated experience in
Business Development
within the
O&M Sector
, specifically related to
EPC Contracts, Water Chemistry,
and the operations of
power plants
and
ETP
(Effluent Treatment Plants).
Mandatory experience with ZLD/ETP O&M.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of
regulatory changes, environmental standards, and technological advancements
relevant to industrial water treatment.
