Track sales leads, follow up with clients, and support the sales team with documentation and scheduling.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and assist in sales forecasting.
Maintain filing systems, vendor records, and sales databases for audit and reporting.
Handle customer follow-ups, enquiry responses, and after-sales coordination.
Support management in administrative tasks and sales back-office operations.

Excellent communication skills in
