Job Summary



We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Office Administrator with an MBA

to oversee office operations and lead team training initiatives. This role requires a strong mix of administrative efficiency, leadership, and the ability to mentor and upskill staff. The ideal candidate will contribute to operational excellence and help build a capable and productive team.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

Manage and streamline daily office operations and administrative systems. Coordinate interdepartmental communication and ensure smooth office workflow. Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies and vendor management. Maintain and improve filing systems, both physical and digital. Monitor compliance with office procedures, safety policies, and administrative protocols.
Team Training & Development

Design, implement, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff. Conduct onboarding sessions and skill development workshops across departments. Evaluate employee performance gaps and recommend improvement plans. Work with management to develop training materials and update learning resources. Track training progress and maintain detailed training documentation and reports.
Strategic & Supervisory Functions

Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements for efficiency. Lead or supervise junior admin staff and interns as needed. Assist in project coordination and administrative support for management-level tasks. Provide input on performance reviews and assist in talent development initiatives.

Requirements



Proven experience (1-3 years) in office administration and team management. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to train, coach, and inspire team members. Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR or training tools.

Education



MBA in Business Administration, HR, or related field

(Required) Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Management, or related discipline (Preferred)

Preferred Skills



Familiarity with employee training platforms or LMS (Learning Management Systems) Experience in SOP development and team performance tracking Knowledge of office budgeting and process optimization
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
