Role Overview:
As an Occupational Therapist at eMbrace, you will lead the delivery of occupational therapy services for children and adolescents with developmental, sensory, and behavioural needs. You will provide clinical supervision to junior therapists, ensure adherence to international best practices, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, developmental therapists, and psychiatrists. The role demands a balance of direct client care, mentoring, and program development, with opportunities to contribute to corporate, school, and parent training initiatives.

Responsible
For
Clinical Care & Intervention
Conduct detailed occupational therapy assessments and design individualized intervention plans.
Deliver therapy sessions (1:1 and group) for children with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, handwriting challenges, and related needs.
Track progress through standardized tools and provide periodic review reports.
Supervision & Training
Mentor and supervise junior occupational therapists and therapy assistants.
Conduct skill-building workshops and training modules for parents, teachers, and corporate stakeholders.
Contribute to internal capacity-building programs to ensure consistent clinical excellence.
Program Development & Collaboration
Work with the Clinical Lead to enhance occupational therapy protocols and resource libraries.
Collaborate with psychologists, developmental therapists, and psychiatrists for holistic client care.
Contribute to designing workshops and awareness programs for schools, corporates, and community groups.
Research & Quality Assurance
Stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices in paediatric occupational therapy.
Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance with eMbrace's quality protocols.
