We are hiring a

Senior O2C Associate - Cash Applications

to join our growing Finance & Accounting team. This is a full-time

on-site role

in Salt Lake, Kolkata. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in

cash applications and AR processes

, preferably with exposure to

NetSuite

and US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply customer payments (Checks, ACH, Wires, EFT, Credit Cards) to accounts Reconcile unapplied cash and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate financial records in

NetSuite

and

Excel

Generate cash flow and bank reports (daily/weekly/monthly) Support month-end/quarter-end closing Collaborate with AR and collections teams Assist in customer and bank account reconciliations Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities Provide audit support and ensure compliance

Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in

Cash Applications/O2C/Accounts Receivable

Hands-on experience with

NetSuite

or similar ERP Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc.) Familiarity with

US banking systems and payment methods

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Good to Have:

Exposure to

US GAAP, SOX

, and revenue recognition Experience with

Jira, JPM Access

, and NetSuite scripting Understanding of US business culture Audit support experience
