Job Description

NIMS Hospital is seeking an experienced Senior Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The role includes supervising daily operations, implementing health and safety protocols, and maintaining staff efficiency and training.

Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing team operations to ensure high standards of patient care . Monitor compliance with hospital protocols and safety guidelines Assist in staff development and conduct training programs Coordinate patient care services and manage nursing schedules Handle emergency cases and guide nurses during critical situations Identify workplace hazards and propose solutions Ensure proper documentation of patient care, incidents, and treatments
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing Valid nursing license and post-qualification experience Proven leadership and supervisory skills Strong knowledge of hospital protocols and healthcare regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and multicultural environment Dedication to continuous professional development
