Position:

Senior Nursing Staff/OT Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff in wards, OPD, and OT. Ensure high-quality patient care, safety, and comfort in line with hospital protocols. Monitor pre-operative and post-operative care of eye patients. Assist doctors during consultations, minor procedures, and emergencies. Train, guide, and mentor junior nurses and support staff. Maintain accurate patient records, medication charts, and progress notes. Oversee infection control practices, sterilization, and nursing protocols. Coordinate with ophthalmologists, anesthetists, and other departments for smooth workflow. Handle patient queries, provide counseling, and ensure empathetic communication. Prepare duty rosters, allocate responsibilities, and ensure discipline among staff. Report incidents, grievances, and provide inputs for process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

GNM / B.Sc Nursing with valid registration. Minimum 5-7 years of nursing experience (preferably in eye care or surgical setup). Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Knowledge of ophthalmic procedures, medications, and patient care protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?420,000.00 - ?540,000.00 per year
