Provide direct patient care and guide staff in delivering high-quality, individualized care.
Assess complex patient problems and contribute to their care planning.
Supervise the patient flow, including admissions and discharges, especially in busy areas like the Emergency Department.
Assist medical staff with treatments, examinations, and procedures.
