Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care throughout the fertility treatment journey, including consultations, monitoring, procedures, and follow-up.
Assist with ultrasound scans, blood tests, medication administration, and treatment coordination.
Educate and support patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and lifestyle guidance.
Collaborate closely with physicians, embryologists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless clinic operations.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to training, quality improvement, and protocol development.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with valid licensure.
Extensive experience in a fertility or reproductive health setting.
Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive environment.
Commitment to high clinical standards and patient confidentiality.
