Provide high-quality nursing care and ensure patient safety across all units.
Supervise, guide, and mentor junior nursing staff and ensure adherence to nursing protocols.
Assist doctors during medical procedures, surgeries, and critical care situations.
Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation.
Monitor and administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed.
Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient management.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and hygiene standards.
Handle patient queries and communicate effectively with their families.
Conduct regular training sessions for nursing staff to enhance clinical skills.
Support hospital administration in policy-making for nursing and patient care services.
Requirements:
Education:
B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of clinical/nursing experience, preferably in multi-specialty hospitals.
Strong leadership, supervisory, and mentoring skills.
Excellent knowledge of nursing practices, hospital protocols, and patient care management.
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and ability to work under pressure.
