What you'll be doing:

Be an integrated part of the product design Establish NPI production lines at CM's sites Enforce quality standards and monitor yields Lead internal and externals cross-functional teams to meet engineering aspects Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products to meet projects requirements Drive CMs to excellence in aspects of manufacturing process, quality management and HVM mindset

What we need to see:

B.Sc. or equivalent experience. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering 5+ years of relevant experience Experience in PCBA manufacturing, including knowledge of PCB design, SMT process, mechanical assembly and testing processes. Experience in leading projects with multi CMs/vendors Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues during the product development process. Well organized and details oriented. Excellent English, reading, writing and presentation capabilities. Relevant Courses: Project management (advantage), Quality/process-related courses
