Role Overview


As a Senior Non-Tech Recruiter at Delta Exchange, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our non-technical teams, including marketing, compliance, operations, legal, finance, customer support, and more. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging top talent to closing candidates and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities



Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across multiple departments. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop tailored hiring strategies. Source candidates using a mix of channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, networks, referrals, and direct outreach. Conduct screening interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage interview processes efficiently. Provide data-driven insights and regular hiring reports to leadership. Ensure exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer negotiation. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices, especially in fintech and crypto sectors. Partner with HR and business teams on employer branding initiatives to enhance Delta Exchange's appeal to top talent.


Requirements
+ Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience in non-tech roles, preferably in high-growth startups or fintech environments. + Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior-level roles across functions such as marketing, compliance, operations, legal, finance, and customer success.
+ Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with experience using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.
+ Excellent stakeholder management and consultative approach to hiring.
+ Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
+ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
