Hands-on experience sourcing via job portals and LinkedIn.
Strong understanding of hiring processes and recruitment metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hiring for specific industries (IT, retail, manufacturing, FMCG, etc.--can be customized).

Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Associate will support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring and a positive candidate experience. This role requires strong sourcing skills, coordination ability, and an understanding of hiring trends across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry to mid-level roles (sourcing to onboarding).
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job criteria and cultural fit.
Schedule interviews, manage coordination, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.
Conduct initial HR discussions on salary expectations, notice periods, and role suitability.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process.
Support onboarding and induction of new hires, when required.
