Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Node.js Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading a development team, managing project deliveries, and communicating effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of backend and full-stack developers. Architect, design, and develop scalable Node.js applications. Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements and provide updates. Oversee code quality, best practices, and technical decision-making. Review PRs, enforce coding standards, and solve complex backend issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps). Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Required Skills

5+ years of Node.js development experience Strong expertise with Express.js, Fastify, or NestJS Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and scalable backend architecture Experience with databases (MongoDB / PostgreSQL / Redis) Familiarity with queues, caching, and real-time communication tools Excellent communication and team-leading skills Experience working directly with clients
