Lead Backend Engineer (Node.js) - Lead the Future of Credit Card Platforms

As a Lead Backend Engineer, you will design and build scalable systems for our credit
card platform. You'll work with modern technologies like Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS
to deliver secure, high-performance services. This role involves architecting backend
solutions, collaborating across teams, and mentoring engineers. You'll play a key part
in shaping the platform's growth and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

What will you do:

? Design and build backend systems using Node.js, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs.
? Lead architecture and solution design for scalability and performance.
? Work with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
Ensure code quality, testing, and smooth deployments.
? Mentor and support junior engineers.

What we are looking for:

? 6+ to 8+ years of backend development with Node.js, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs.
? Expertise in building cloud-based services on AWS or similar platforms.
? Strong skills in system design, microservices architecture, OOP, and API
integration.
? Experience with Agile development and DevOps practices.
? Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to have:
? Experience in financial services or credit card platforms.
? Exposure to Kubernetes or containerized deployments.

Node.js Developer Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar. At least six to eight years' experience as a Node.js developer. Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3. Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Great organizational and time management skills. Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business hours.
