About the Role:

Dvij Infotech LLP is seeking an exceptional Senior Node.js Developer with 5+ years of experience to lead the development of powerful, scalable backend solutions. You'll leverage your deep knowledge of Node.js, Express, TypeScript, MongoDB, and cloud services to build applications that meet our clients' highest standards. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead projects from ideation to delivery, and ensure all deliverables align with project timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

Backend Architecture & Development:

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Node.js, Express, and TypeScript for scalability and high performance.

API Design & Implementation:

Build and optimize RESTful APIs for smooth integration across web and mobile applications, ensuring reliability and speed.

Cloud Integration:

Deploy and manage applications on any leading cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) to meet performance and scaling needs.

Real-Time Data Solutions:

Implement real-time data features (Socket.IO experience preferred) to enable responsive and dynamic application interactions.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and frontend developers to align on project requirements and timelines.

Project Leadership:

Oversee project workflows and milestones in Agile environments, using tools like Jira for task management and GitHub for version control.

Mentorship & Code Review:

Conduct code reviews, offer feedback, and provide guidance to junior developers, promoting quality and consistency across projects.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay current on backend and cloud technology trends, applying best practices and innovations to elevate project performance and team skill levels.

Requirements:

Experience & Technical Proficiency:

5+ years of experience in backend development, specializing in Node.js, Express, TypeScript, and RESTful API design.

Asynchronous Programming:

Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and asynchronous programming, with the ability to create efficient, non-blocking code.

Database Expertise:

Proven experience with MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases) for data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning.

Cloud Skills:

Experience with deploying and managing applications on any cloud service provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for secure, scalable solutions.

Real-Time Communication (Optional):

Knowledge of Socket.IO or similar tools to integrate real-time data functionality (optional).

Agile Methodology:

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, with experience in using tools like Jira for project management and GitHub for code versioning.

Strong Communication & Project Management:

Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations.
