• 5+ years of experience in large scale physical network supportxc2xb7
• 3+ years of experience in an engineering and operations management rolexc2xb7
• Experience in a technical leadership and management rolexc2xb7
• Experience driving hiring, onboarding new engineers and ongoing performance managementxc2xb7
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skillsxc2xb7
• Excellent judgment to influence product roadmap direction, features, and prioritiesxc2xb7
• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical/Hardware Engineering or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with large scale datacenter operations
• Manage a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

Responsibilities:As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications.
