Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished and highly experienced

Senior Networking and Security Trainer

with

14+ years of hands-on technical and training expertise

in enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity architecture, and secure networking operations. This role demands a professional who is not only an expert in delivering advanced training but is also actively working on

live, large-scale enterprise projects

and capable of

mentoring, leading, and consulting

on real-world implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Training Leadership

Drive the

end-to-end planning, design, and execution

of advanced networking and cybersecurity training programs. Act as a

Subject Matter Expert (SME)

for high-impact enterprise training programs across industries (Banking, Telecom, IT, Government). Lead the development of

customized learning paths and certification programs

tailored for enterprise-level learners and consulting clients. Provide

strategic advisory support

to partner organizations on upskilling and workforce development in cybersecurity and network operations.

Advanced Technical Training Delivery

Deliver deep-dive technical workshops, bootcamps, and masterclasses on:

Enterprise Network Architecture (Core/Edge/WAN/DC/Cloud)

Next-Gen Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower)

Cyber Defense Strategies and Security Hardening

Threat Hunting, SOC Management, and IR Playbooks

Train mid-level and senior professionals in real-world design, configuration, and troubleshooting of complex infrastructure. Teach advanced topics like:

IPv6 adoption and transition strategies

SD-WAN, SASE, and ZTNA frameworks

Network segmentation, micro-segmentation, and Zero Trust

Security Compliance (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR)

Live Project Integration & Real-Time Case Studies

Integrate

live use cases from current enterprise projects

(e.g., firewall migrations, SOC setup, cloud security audits) into training modules. Lead sessions on

incident response workflows, log correlation, threat triaging, and breach analysis

from real enterprise environments. Guide learners on

production-grade implementation blueprints

, including: HA & failover in network design Secure remote access (VPN, SSL, IPsec) Cloud VPC security and hybrid infrastructure

Lab Development & Simulation Environments

Architect and manage robust lab environments using

EVE-NG, GNS3, VMware, AWS/Azure, Packet Tracer

, and

virtual firewalls

for hands-on simulations. Build end-to-end lab environments replicating

enterprise SOC, DMZ, and perimeter networks

. Design

realistic attack-defense simulations

using tools like

Kali Linux, Metasploit, Snort, ELK Stack

, and

custom scripts

.

Mentoring & Coaching

Lead mentorship programs for junior trainers and technical instructors. Train internal technical teams, interns, and graduate engineers to align with organizational cybersecurity goals. Provide

career guidance

and structured mentorship for professionals preparing for certifications like

CISSP, CCIE Security, OSCP, PCNSE

Client Engagement & Corporate Training

Engage with enterprise clients to gather technical training requirements and

tailor delivery for their IT and SecOps teams

. Conduct

training need analysis (TNA)

and propose scalable, long-term training plans. Work with HR/L&D teams on measurable KPIs and

employee competency scorecards

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Proactively research and integrate emerging trends like:

AI/ML in security operations

Security Automation and SOAR platforms

5G & IoT Security

Continuously update training content based on

latest CVEs, threat landscape

, and evolving architectures. Contribute to whitepapers, blogs, and internal knowledge bases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

14+ years of industry experience

in Networking and Cybersecurity roles with proven live project delivery. Strong foundation in network architecture, cybersecurity frameworks, SOC, and perimeter security. Expertise in enterprise technologies and platforms:

Routing & Switching (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE)

Firewall Management (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Fortinet, Check Point)

SIEM & SOC Tools (Splunk, QRadar, ELK)

Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP - native and third-party tools)

Endpoint Security & NAC (CrowdStrike, Symantec, Cisco ISE)

Excellent communication, facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills. Industry Certifications (minimum 3 required):

CCNA/CCNP / CCIE

CISSP / CISM / CEH / OSCP

PCNSE / NSE 7 / AWS Security Specialty

Preferred / Desirable Skills:

Experience leading

cybersecurity awareness programs or red/blue/purple team exercises

. Familiarity with

DevSecOps pipelines

, IaC tools (Terraform), and security-as-code. Exposure to

GRC platforms (RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC)

. Active contributor to security forums, open-source tools, or vulnerability research communities.
