Job Summary
We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer with 12-15 years of hands-on experience in cloud networking, routing & switching, firewalls, and network security compliance. This role will focus on designing, implementing, securing, and maintaining enterprise and cloud-based network infrastructures.
You'll work with technologies like Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point, ForeScout, Infoblox, F5, and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with patching, firmware upgrades, vulnerability management, and security standards is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Network & Cloud Infrastructure
Design and manage network solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Configure and support routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, etc.).
Manage F5 load balancers (LTM, GTM, iRules) for high availability.
Administer Infoblox (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) for efficient network management.
Security & Compliance
Configure firewalls: Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Check Point, ForeScout.
Implement zero-trust models, VPNs, and micro-segmentation.
Perform regular patching, firmware upgrades, and vulnerability scans.
Ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS.
Work closely with security teams to analyze and mitigate threats.
Performance & Troubleshooting
Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and cloud network issues.
Improve uptime, performance, and incident response.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
Automation & Documentation
Use tools like Ansible, Python, Terraform, PowerShell for automation.
Maintain detailed documentation - network diagrams, policies, firewall rules.
Mentor junior engineers and support cross-team knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
12-15 years in network engineering and security.
Strong in routing & switching (Cisco/Juniper).
Hands-on with firewalls (Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco ASA, ForeScout).
Deep knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with patching, compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
Proficient in F5 load balancers (LTM, GTM, ASM).
Skilled in automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
Familiar with security frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, PCI-DSS.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint security.
Knowledge of SD-WAN, Zero Trust, and micro-segmentation.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Splunk, Wireshark.
Understanding of container networking (Kubernetes, Docker, CNI).
