Required: System Administrator and IT Support Specialist with minimum 4 years of experience managing Windows Server environments, network infrastructure, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Proficient in Active Directory, Firewall configuration,Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and network security. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with ITIL standards and security best practices.

Core Competencies Required

Windows Server Administration (2008/2012/2016/2019), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Azure & AWS Cloud Administration, VMware & Hyper-V Virtualization, LAN/WAN/VPN Configuration, Firewall Management, PowerShell Scripting, Backup & Disaster Recovery, ITIL Practices, Network Troubleshooting, System Security Auditing, Technical Documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure. Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other network security tools. Optimize internet bandwidth usage and ensure network performance through fine-tuning and traffic shaping. Set up and manage load balancers for high availability and failover. Identify and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and fast recovery. Monitor network performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks. Collaborate with IT, security, and DevOps teams for seamless integration and security compliance. Document network architecture, procedures, and troubleshooting protocols. Conduct periodic audits and provide recommendations for improvement and scalability.
