Position Name: Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant (CA Certified-mandatory )



Relevant Experience: 5+ Years



Location: Bangalore/Pune.


WFO: Hybrid


Remote option will be provided depending on the fitment of the candidates



Key Responsibilities:



1. As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and configure NetSuite to meet their needs.



2. Will be responsible for participating in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documenting process flows and specifications.



3. Lead/Support all solution activities including testing, verification, and cutover activities.



4. Documentation of requirement, Process and User documentation Design business process and application configuration for application based on industry best practices.



5. Work with technical teams to design and test automation and integrations



6. Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for NetSuite implementation and optimization.



7. Conduct sessions with the customer, attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.



8. Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.



9. Perform administrator activities such as role setup, user setup, monitoring, deployment of enhancements and partner bundles, etc.



10. Responsible for owning and delivering complex solutions using the Oracle NetSuite platform.



Skill Required:



1. Should have worked on atleast 3-4end-to-end implementation experiences.



2. Experience in Financials, Accounting, Manufacturing, Software, Wholesale Distribution, Services, or Retail.

Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with NetSuite modules including Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Fixed Assets (FA/FAM), covering Chart Of Accounts (COA), General Ledger, Multi-Book Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Advanced Financials, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Reporting.



3.Familiarity with additional modules like Project Management (Pgm), Manufacturing, E-commerce, and Advanced Revenue Management is a plus.



4.Experience in managing client relationships during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.



5.Ability to train clients and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).



6.Commitment to continuous learning, including pursuing relevant certifications and deepening product knowledge.



7.Proven ability to deliver training and facilitate workshops effectively.



Educational Qualifications:



1. Minimum CA - Qualified, Certified, CPA, ACCA , Equivalent



2. At least 6+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite configuration, consulting, and administration.



3. Preferred NetSuite certifications: ERP Consultant, Administrator.



4. Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and change management skills.



5. Good team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.



NetSuite Technical Consultant position:



Relevant Experience: 5+ Years



Location: Any ACL Office ( Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore , Chennai )- 3 Days WFO .If Candidate is really good, we can allow for WFH aswell .



Budget : CASE TO CASE.



Roles and Responsibilities:

Overall understanding of NetSuite integrations and customizations.
ERP data migration and cutover experience.
Work with functional consultants to help design, shape and deliver technical requirements.
Scoping, designing, and building custom application extensions for our clients using the NetSuite SuiteScript and SuiteFlow platforms
Design, build test and deploy workflows, scripts, forms and integrations across NetSuite and other third-party platforms.
Debugging the program to complete the test before submitting to team.
Manage the release and transfer of developing between sandbox and production accounts.
Troubleshoot issues that arise during deployment/cut-over sessions.
Fixing production defects with impact analysis.
Prepare Technical Specification Documents.
Ability to team interactions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.


Candidate Requirements:

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SuiteScripts (1.0 & 2.x), HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, SuiteLets, User Event scripts, Client scripts, Scheduled scripts, and RestLets.
Language Proficiency:


Business-level proficiency in English to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Design Experience:


Proven ability to create technical designs for new enhancements and review existing designs for improvements.

Integration Skills:


Experience integrating third-party platforms with NetSuite using web services, including REST and SOAP technologies, as well as custom APIs.

NetSuite Configuration Knowledge:


Good understanding of NetSuite's configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.

Workflow Design and Troubleshooting:


Experience in designing, building, and troubleshooting workflows within the NetSuite environment.

Custom PDF Form Development:


Ability to design and build custom PDF forms in NetSuite to meet client specifications.

Analytical Skills:


Proficiency in using formulas on saved searches to derive insights and support decision-making.
