Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules' firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Requirements
Experience Expectations: - 8/9 Years Minimum Or Plus
Must-Have: - Performed Product Manager/Owner roles for multiple years previously for any domain/industry.
Qualification: Engineering Graduate with prior Developement / Automation QA experiance
?Take the lead of scrum teams as the Technical Product Owner
?Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
?Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on. Must understand Sprint X-1/X-2 Backlog concepts.
?Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
?Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
?Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
?Efficiently conducts agile ceremonies involving client stakeholders.
?Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
?Work closely with Customer Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
?Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
?Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
?Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
?Follow our competitors and the industry
?Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• He/She Should be good at working with Architects and Tech lead defining the system requirements and system technology solutions..
• This person should have the know-how of Technology stack, Cloud solutions, DevOps Pipeline, Integrations, And Lastly Platform requirements.
• Highly quantitative, analytical, and business-minded. Ability to solve complex problems in an organized way
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
• Must be self-directed, able to work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and planning skills. Ability to maintain multiple projects without compromising results
• High energy, can-do attitude with a willingness to do what it takes to get things done
• Excellent networking skills, especially with multiple stakeholders and product line
• Strong motivational skills, especially when it comes to leading a team.

Job responsibilities
Technical Product Management / Business Analysis / Business Solutions

• Lead or be part of the Discovery phase for a new client engagement to propose solutions comprising a domain, technology, and process knowledge
• Responsible for developing and owning all documentation capturing business and functional requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose business solutions
• Engage with the client to understand/develop/articulate business requirements
• Develop business and functional product knowledge and expertise for engaged clients to complement product engineering and design
