Job Description

Title: Senior .NET Developer & Application Support (L2/L3)



Location: Bangalore/Hyderbad/Mumbai


Experience: 6 -10 years


Employment Type: Full-time


Role Summary:



Own end-to-end design, development, and L2/L3 production support for .NET applications. Work across C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, microservices, SQL Server, and Azure. Troubleshoot complex production issues, resolve defects, and deliver features with high quality and performance, collaborating with QA, DevOps, and Product.



Key Responsibilities:



Design and build scalable .NET Core applications, APIs, and microservices.


Provide L2/L3 support: analyze logs, triage incidents, fix defects, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventative actions.


Optimize performance, reliability, and security (OWASP, secure coding).


Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management.


Write unit/integration tests; collaborate with support team to work on the Tickets.


Monitor with App Insights/New Relic/ELK; create dashboards & alerts.


Document design, runbooks, SOPs, and support artifacts.

C#, .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, MS SQL Server, Azure (App Service, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Service Bus),SERVICENOW, Docker/K8s, Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, REST, JSON, OAuth/OpenID Connect, Postman/Swagger, Observability tools.

Strong C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, EF Core, SQL performance tuning.


Production support (L2/L3) experience: RCA, incident management, SLAs.


Cloud experience (Azure preferred), CI/CD, containers, secure coding.


Excellent debugging, log analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Shift/Support:



Night Shift (US Hours 8 AM EST to 5 PM EST ).


Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


Experience with specific Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
