We are seeking an accomplished

Senior Automation Test Engineer with deep expertise in .NET

, automation testing, and software quality assurance. Your role will be critical in refining testing strategies, ensuring superior software quality, and driving process improvements to deliver exceptional user experiences across our platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks for .NET applications Design and execute UI and API automation tests using tools such as Selenium and RestSharp Collaborate with cross-functional teams operating in Agile methodologies to ensure quality in sprint releases Utilize frameworks like TestNG, NUnit, and BDD SpecFlow to enhance testing scope and effectiveness Integrate automated test suites with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo Apply design patterns like Singleton, page object, and factory for efficient test architecture Manage and maintain defect reports, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution Identify and document detailed test cases based on requirements and user scenarios Contribute to the creation of reusable code libraries for automation systems Support and mentor junior team members in automation testing best practices

Requirements

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Automation Testing within .NET environments Strong programming skills in C# with exposure to design patterns like Singleton, page object, and factory Expertise in API automation using RestSharp and UI automation using Selenium Familiarity with frameworks such as TestNG, NUnit/MSUnit, and BDD SpecFlow Capability to implement in-sprint automation effectively in Agile models Hands-on experience integrating automated process with CI tools like Jenkins or Bamboo Knowledge of testing processes, defect management, and methodology Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and critical thinking

Familiarity with domain-specific challenges in Retail or BFSI sectors
