The opportunity EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) is an inhouse agency that helps EY teams build a better working world by delivering high-impact, high-quality and on\xe2\x80\x93brand creative solutions. People in the CoE help create experiences that are not just creatively inspiring, but also strategically precise and deeply human \xe2\x80\x94 across multiple media platforms. As a Senior Associate \xe2\x80\x94 Multimedia Illustrator, you ideate and deliver best-in-class creatives that intrinsically align with the EY brand and business objectives. You liaise with workflow coordinators, art director, and content teams to render creative concepts strategically and tactically into effective collaterals. You have an astute understanding of design principles and highly refined sense of aesthetics. So, you comfortably work within the brand specifications, yet push the boundaries to deliver compelling and inspiring creative solutions to customers.
Your key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce collaterals such as high-quality concepts, storyboards, 2D artwork, digital caricatures, conceptual illustrations, UI elements and 2D animation
• Communicate effectively with customers while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas
• Provide unique, innovative, and effective design concepts to customers
• Meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time and efficiency
• Adhere to EY brand standards and remain cognizant of visual as well as verbal guidelines
• Mentor junior team members on best practices around applying creativity in production environment
• Stay up-to-date with latest design trends, socialize and advocate the same to peers
• Seamlessly manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
• Work with minimal supervision and guidance

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/College diploma (preferably in Graphic Design and/or related discipline)
• Proficiency in free-hand illustration, Digital illustration, Storyboarding, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Animate, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop with strong motion graphics animation capability.
• 5+ years of relevant experience

Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also have

• Intermediate/basic knowledge of C4D/Maya/3ds Max/Blender and Unity 3D game engine
• Team management experience

Technologies and Tools

• Free-hand illustration, Digital illustration, Storyboarding, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Animate, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop with strong motion graphics animation capability.
