Job Title - Senior MT Catman Executive



Grade - 1B/1C



Location - Mumbai RO



Responsibilities:



The CATMAN Executive is expected to design and deploy the optimal network to ensure timely in store deployment of assets and ensure effective in store execution.



The role includes multiple facets like vendor management, internal stakeholder management, in store execution quality improvement, and competitive benchmarking. This role is expected to not only set up the process but also resolve for bottlenecks through innovative problem-solving approach and build the right playbooks for best-in-class instore deployment.



Key responsibility of this Role highlighted below:



1) On Time POSM deployment and CATMAN

Design and manage the complete POSM network to ensure 100% deployment of all Paid and TOT asset in time in store. Co-ordinate with all stakeholders to build the right cadence for timely deployment.


2) Asset Compliance in MT retail

Ensure Asset compliance as per norms in MT retail by coordinating with the CDM and KAMs. Ensure the design of optimal norms for all assets for best-in-class deployment. Playbook on where to deploy and how depending on formats.


3) Cost Saving Initiatives

Vendor management and overall network management for cost saving at POSM level (Reduce cost of asset manufacturing and deployment) Asset Quality Management Gather competitive understanding on POSM quality and deployment and implement best practices Custodian of Unmissable POSM score and ensure improvement "All official offers from Unilever are issued only via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
