Position Title: Senior Mold Designer
Location: Chandigarh

Job Summary:The Plastic Injection Mold Designer will be responsible for designing and developing molds for plastic injection Moulding processes. This role requires a deep understanding of mold design principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that mold designs meet production and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design molds for plastic injection processes using UG-NX software. - Collaborate with engineers and production teams to understand mold requirements and specifications.
- Conduct mold flow analysis to optimize designs for manufacturability and performance.
- Create detailed mold design drawings and documentation while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Review and improve existing mold designs and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Work closely with tool makers to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of molds.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mold-related issues during the production process.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mold design and manufacturing.

Qualifications: - Minimum of 10-16 years of experience in plastic injection mold design.
- Proficient in using UG-NX software for mold design.
-Solid understanding of tool making and mold fabrication processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?85,000.00 per month
