Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to suggest improvements, validate the mould designs, qualify the moulds and Productionise moulds at production locations as per the project plan.

Roles and Responsibilities

:

Prepare the estimation of mould cost Release RFQ, collect the quotations and release the document for CPR (Capital Purchase Requisition) Release mfg data and validate the mould designs Monitor the stage wise cashflow Monitor the progress of the mould development with respect to the manufacturing schedule Attend trials and qualification run of the moulds After qualification run inspect and give the clearance for despatch Commission the mould at production location Maintain and report ISO 45001, as per ISO norms. Ensure all 45001 requirements are complied with. Generation & preparation of SGIA, POKAYOKE, 5S and visual management in materials department. PROE/Solid works/UG/Autocad skill Mould Design with Injection moulding parameters

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ?1,300,000.00 per year
